Our Story

In a world where everything is digital and instant, we, a collective of artists, photographers, and storytellers, found ourselves yearning for something different—something with a soul, a story, and a history. Our love for vintage cameras isn’t just about nostalgia. It’s about the experience of slowing down and connecting offline.⚡

But our story isn’t just about the cameras. It’s about the community of creatives who share our passion. We believe that these cameras deserve to be in the hands of artists, dreamers, and visionaries—people who understand that the process of creating is as important as the final product.

We’re here to remind creatives everywhere that sometimes, the old ways of doing things are the best ways. We keep the art of being present alive—by creatives, for creatives.

Camera is stuck on "---"

Congrats! Seems like you've been having a lot of fun using the Capturette! When the camera is stuck on "---" it means that it has frozen. When that happens, we highly suggest unscrewing the bottom, removing the memory card (to save your photos) and then get a paperclip or thumbtack and press the reset button for about 20 seconds. You may have to do this a few times. After that, insert the memory card back in and turn the camera on. It should function back to normal.

Camera is stuck on "999"

Congrats! Seems like you've been having a lot of fun using the Capturette! When the camera is stuck on "999" it means the memory card is full. Even with no photos on it, the memory card must be formatted completely to clear the cache files.

Remember, formatting erases all data present on the card, so ensure any important files have been backed up beforehand.
